Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ITADAKI account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
